About US
The Primary School of real Estate was founded on the desire to increase knowledge and professionalism within the real estate community. Jenifer has always had a passion for both real estate and education. So, creating a real estate school with valuable and fun course content was a natural fit.
INSTRUCTORS

KRICHBAUM
Jenifer is a native of Phoenix and has lived in the NW Valley her entire life. Watching the growth and change of the housing and Real Estate market inspired her to get involved and see how she can help clients achieve their real estate goals. Jenifer has successfully closed over 300 transactions, was named the Young Professional of the Year in 2016 by WeMAR and specializes in listing homes in the NW Valley. Jenifer is the Managing Broker for eXp Realty, has been certified since 2013 by the Arizona Department of Real Estate to teach Continuing Education classes to other agents, and owns the Primary School of Real Estate.
